These 4 pranayama will help you in reducing weight, know the right way to do it

Practise these Pranayama:

1. Kapalbhati

With the help of this pranayama, you learn new techniques of your breathing, with the help of this pranayama you can reduce your weight easily, as well as it removes respiratory problems, for this you first straighten the body on a mat. Do sit down. During that time keep your spine and neck straight. Then sit down with your legs crossed. Close your eyes and place your hands on your knees in a relaxed position. Now exhale through your nose outwards and then try to inhale the stomach. Then come back to your starting position and repeat the whole process. Although try to do it slowly in the beginning, when you know the right way to do it, then increase the speed. You can do this pranayama daily for 5-10 minutes.

2. Bhastrika Pranayama

This pranayama provides a proper amount of oxygen to your body. This improves blood circulation in the body. To do this, you first have to sit in Padmasana and then place your hands on your knees, so that the palms are facing upwards. During this, try to keep the body normal and relaxed. Now take a deep breath with all your might. With this, the amount of oxygen reaches the lungs well and then exhale vigorously in this sequence. Do it slowly in the beginning and then try to do it at your own pace. You can do this for 5 to 5 minutes.

3. Anulom Vilom

This is one of the most common Pranayama. To do this, you sit comfortably on the yoga mat with your legs bent, then close your eyes and relax your body. Now press the right nostril with your right thumb and breathe in through the left way. Hold the breath in for 5 seconds and then exhale through the right nostril, closing the left nostril. In this way your one round of this pranayama is completed, you can repeat it for 5-10 minutes.

4. Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar is considered among the best Pranayama or Yoga asanas to reduce weight. You can do this in 12 steps and each of these steps is done with breathing, which helps you burn calories faster. It helps in reducing the weight of the whole body.
